What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card through our
online shopping cart using PayPal. You can also pay from your bank account via PayPal or from your current PayPal balance. We are presently in the process of enhancing our payment capabilities and until such time we are not able to accept email or fax orders.
Is is safe to use my credit card on your site?
PayPal uses SSL technology, which is the best software available for secure e-commerce business, to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you do not have to worry about paying people you do not know.
Is there sales tax?
Yes. California applicable sales tax is 7.75%.
What size are the greeting cards?
The size of all cards is 4 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches.
There is a 1/4 inch white border around the edge of the photo.
What color are the greeting cards?
All cards are white. Each card comes with a matching envelope.
Can I choose any combination of greeting cards?
Yes. Select as many of any one type of card or multiple cards as you wish.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum.
How much are the greeting cards?
Each card is $2.99 plus applicable tax.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by USPS 'Priority Mail' for a 2 to 3 day delivery.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Is there tracking capability?
Yes. You can track USPS shipments by selecting a tracking link in your PayPal Account
or by the shipping notification email you receive.
What are the shipping costs?
1 to 30 cards - $4.60
30+ cards - $8.95
Can I return my cards for replacement or refund?
Yes. If cards are damaged in transit.
In addition, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number
and include the packing slip upon return.
Do you offer wholesale prices to retailers?
Yes. Retailers are welcome to call us or to email us via the Contact Us link
to request wholesale pricing information.
Are you registered with the UCC (Uniform Code Council)?
Yes. We are a member of the UCC and have been assigned a UCC Company Prefix
which is globally unique and reserved for use by our company.
Each of our cards is identified via a UPC (Universal Product Code)
which is printed on the back of the cards.
